Batumi Concept is a residential complex under construction in Batumi, in the historic centre, at 27–29 Vazha-Pshavela Street. The developer behind the project is LS Group, and completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. It is a boutique-style eight-storey building with only 4–5 apartments per floor, a reinforced concrete frame and brick external walls. The apartments are handed over in white-frame condition, with a turnkey finish also available, and unit areas range from 61 to 170 sq m.
